Route 29 Batman is killed after his Batmobile breaks down along a Md. highway - The Washington Post

I saw and reposted this on FB, the video of him getting pulled over originally was awesome

Sad but so cool what he did to make children smile.

Man this breaks my heart, its so unfortunate.. its always the good guys that go first. Bless him and his family. Gone but NEVER EVER forgotten.

Crud. Blessed a lot of lives while he was here. RIP Mr. Robinson.

It is always the good ones that get taken from us. Was great person for doing what he did for the kids.

I'll never understand it, world full or dirtbags and this guy goes before them tragically like this, RIP Sir.

Hindsight is always 20/20, but I think there's a good lesson to be refreshed here about the dangers of working on your car on the side of the road. I've seen cops get rear ended when they were completely outside of the driving lane with lights flashing. So a black car still partially in the left hand driving lane at night just seems like a recipe for disaster.
