I assume it is the on ramp just north of Duval on southbound 183? There doesn't even have to be anyone merging for idiots to slow down 25 mph to go around that curve.

The northbound lanes have an exit instead of an entrance ramp, and it still slows to a crawl there sometimes even when it's not rush hour. People are just stupid
