I grilled up some delicious BBQ chicken breasts and zuccini and squash last night

No photos though sorry

Twenty minutes of kitchen prep including marinade the night before and 20 minutes over the gas grill for three chicken breasts and some vegetables isn't exactly something that I would boast about.

Now something more like this brisket my buddy cooked up a while back is worth taking a photo. As I did

I'm thinking about buying a dehumidifier.

This time of year it's like 80% humidity outside but it cools off at night so the AC doesn't run enough to dry it out.

Same thing in the spring, I was cycling the HVAC from heat at 78 degrees to AC at 65 just to keep the humidity down to a reasonable level.

Anyone have any good tips? I want one I can just drain right into the sump in the basement.

Also with all that rain/flooding that "wet basement smell" is back down there.
