I've been thinking about how I stayed skinnier when I was in my teens. i've never been the active type. I hate the gym and never run. But I played the living hell out of DDR and guitar Hero.

I played GH a few weeks ago and could barely get through 3 songs on expert because my arms were hurting from being so tense. Barely 2 songs on meddium for DDR because I felt that I might die. Back in my prime, I'd do a consistant 15-20 songs on both games without sweating. Hmmmm...... I may be buiying some old equipment soon lol

Can do what I do and put a tread mill in front of the tv and game while walking. Dont be like me and fall off trying to move sideways in first person view while on it though

FPS are tough for the polish side of me

Can't do FPS while walking. My K/D takes a nose dive. It would be good for RPG or puzzle type games tho. basically anything that doesn't require twitch reflexs.

But yea, I think that's a huge reason why i am still gaining weight. i dont do anything physical anymore, even in a gaming sense. I'm a failure to my teen self.

Yeah I took a dive off of it while playing Payday lol made a quick side step move in game and did it in real life too
