TIL: If a shark stands still to long in water, it suffocates since water doesn't actively cycle through its gills. The shark has to move to push water through them. So basically, push-start a shark if it's suffocating.

lol, what u may think of being "healthy" doesn't always translate to healthy. you got to throw in some cardio with your workout routine. 10min before you workout and 20-30 min after you work out and gradually increase that cardio after you workout to an hour if you can. i can send you a workout routine that my friend made for me whose a personal trainer if you want. just remember, low weight, high reps

Looks like its a pretty intense install, i was looking at the install guide.. I will do what you said and take out the seat. I think thats a very idea.. its a tight spot to work in with the seat there.
