What did they mess up?

2 day meeting over with... i felt like i was in jail lol. crazy stuff.

1 week away from my mini euro trip. :D

billing issue. they kept combining paid for by points and paid for by credit card and shipment total reflecting total amount, not just the amount charged to credit card. this makes it impossible to know wat was actually charged to my credit card unless i go back and see how much they deducted from my points balance and subtract from the shipment total. :shakes head:

their order total and shipment total is not the same due to sales tax they started collecting this year. :icon08:

so i spent it on organizer boxes i needed for my rc bits, and some tape. :D

We hired a 60+ yr old lady a few weeks ago within customer service. All our computers are dual screen here. She couldn't grasp highlighting an e-mail in Outlook and having it open on the other screen....

Yea.... she's gone now.

Just got done putting an alternator in the RAV4. At least it's the first day in a long time that isn't in the high 90's. 86! Woo Hoo!
