Thats good :tup: Now call the hospital and tell them you need to be on a payment plan and that you can only afford $20 a month. they will usually take off 20% right away if you can pay it in full. Play a bit of hard ball and say you only have $350 to pay and they will usually take that.

Yes. Do not pay the initial price. Those are the bill the insurance rates. They will be more than happy to settle for a lot less if you start off by saying you need to be on a payment plan but MAYBE you could scrape up a few hundred if they would be willing to settle that day.

I assume it is the on ramp just north of Duval on southbound 183? There doesn't even have to be anyone merging for idiots to slow down 25 mph to go around that curve.

The northbound lanes have an exit instead of an entrance ramp, and it still slows to a crawl there sometimes even when it's not rush hour. People are just stupid :shakes head:
