Shinedown Concert
I went to a Shinedown concert a couple days ago. I just wanted to share my experience a little.
Opening for them was Cycle of Pain (not very good, but the bassist is from Black Label Society, I believe!), Adelita's Way (freaking awesome!), and Sick Puppies (unbelievable!). Sick Puppies has a female bassist that's pretty hot on stage, and only a 3 person band. One of the best lineups at a small venue that I've seen. Shinedown was incredible. They focused on the audience more than their music, which was awesome. A LOT of interaction with the crowd which made the music even better. They explained a lot of the music and where the lyrics come from, which helps enjoy it a little more. It almost made me want to drive 150 miles East to see their next concert the next day! EDIT: I figured I should throw in a pic of the bassist! Last edited by Matt; 10-24-2009 at 10:03 PM. |
