under $300 would be great. HDMI input would be ideal. No crazy high resolution as I need to be able to see crap on screen while driving

I was joking about the din. I've installed this on a friends Focus. He wanted a decent radio unit that can be used for visual OBD reference also. And you can custom build what you want within the housing. Touch screen isn't to great, but it can be fitted with different displays.

Yeah, I have all the individual parts (mostly) already lol just need the screen.
Probably end up with the liliput screen
