I wonder if I use carpeted 1/4" wood if it would actually be able to be fit into the hatch. might have enough bend to it to get it in

I wonder if I use carpeted 1/4" wood if it would actually be able to be fit into the hatch. might have enough bend to it to get it in if I make it 1 piece. I really don't want to make it 2 pieces and have a seam, that never lines up correctly, for me at least lol.

Get some of that wood they use for cabinet making that curves and flexes.

i would fill the indents and wrap the area with ozite trunk liner. you can use 3M adhesive spray to tack it on.

check ebay for the liners. they usually sell in yards x 6ft or 8ft or something

Nice idea. I think I have a plan put together. We will see how it turns out lol.
Had to take the Z to work to grab some cardboard for a template, what a nice drive. No aholes to bother me and everyone moved out of the left lane . Ordered new relay board for nitrous and purge, hopefully that will be here by Wed. and I can wire all the switches up. I gotta knock this project out so I can start on the car PC.

Tirerack.com has a great feature where you just put in make/model and every tire that will fit the car pops up.
