Madwi: "Sure, no proble...wtf happened to this thing?"
Co-worker:"Says possible theft attempt on ticket"
madwi: "I think you mean surgeon got mad at laptop for some reason and threw it across the OR room into the cinder block wall"
Co-worker: "see if that falls under warranty work"
madwi: "ooook"

Motherboard toast: Check
Case destroyed: Check
LCD screen toast:Check
USB ports jacked up: Check
DVD drive hanging onto case by piece of broken plastic: Check
I have a feeling we are going to be buying another one.
