Well, I predict he will be here about an hour later than his shift so he can finish his work, mouth has been going the whole time.
I told my boss I was no longer going to be here 15-20 minutes early because I don't want to have to listen to him yak non-stop for those extra minutes

I try to be tolerant and understanding, some people make it very difficult though
