Started a 21 day fix fitness routine with my wife. Today was day five. I've lost zero lbs lol.

But the belly is already starting to subside, and I feel pretty good having already worked through most of the intense soreness

Idk... I just fit in a 30 min workout routine. I'm still just as active and just as lazy elsewhere in my daily activities
