Yes but not concerned or think about those at all. The life forms I worry about are the ones who are among us in this planet. We have enough life forms that should not have formed at all.

As big as the Universe is, I have a hard time believing we are the only lifeforms. As big as the Universe is, the odds of them being withing easy traveling distance are pretty low (without FTL vehicles, space folding, or other scifi-ish means of moving astronomical distances in a human lifetime).

It's pretty staggeringly unlikely.
In fact, given the limits of our sensory organs and technology, there's tons of life on this planet we are barely aware of (e.g., microscopic or in the great depths of the water). Why?

The sheer magnitude of the visible universe coupled with the seemingly infinite amount of time points to the simple answer - No, we are not the only sentient life form here. We are not the first nor the last.
