I know I understand everything you guys said, I've been trying to get in contact with him but no answer, last I talked to Pablo was January 23 and I was trying to get some parts for the money but since then no answer so I don't know wtf is going on, that's why I asked if someone was close to his area and see if he's still there and get his a** on the phone, I've tried emails and every number I found, 909-481-4300, 909-296-6300, 909-481-1401, 909-484-3050, 909-481-1409 suppose to be his cell but nothing, the company power delivery systems inc filed for chapter 11 on all the new equipment they bought, so that basically suppose to mean "please hold and let me try and get my **** together", so if someone close to him could get him on the phone to call me or at least find out wtf he's up to it would help.

Based on my conversations over the last almost 2 years since I placed my order with him, he has already filed for bankruptcy. That said, the only hope is product. He has claimed to me he has everything for the MHI kits but exhaust manifolds. When I asked him to ship what he had, he balked. He has then intimated he has some benefactor who is paying the foundry to get the manifolds released. We shall see I guess. Indeed, if he is relocating, posting that address would be nice.

Good luck, brother. I had some douche steal a 40" aluminum ladder from me in 2006. When the cops caught up, he had it cut into pieces for scrap. Court ordered him to pay $450 restitution. To this day I have received one check in the amount of $5.00.
Every June (anniversary of court date) I call the D.A's office and talk to the victim/witness coordinator, and they basically blow me off. I continue to call, for the principle of it all, and will not stop until I get paid in full..
