In Fort Bend County, it's around $2.75-$2.80. In the city, I've seen anywhere from $2.70 (shady stations) to $2.99 and everything in-between. Not bad for a major metro area, but Houston has always enjoyed some of the best prices in the country.

Update on P.R. prices: It recently went up to $2.73/gal., 93-octane gas. What gets to me is that some guys here actually report a reduction in the price of gas in their area! What's with the "go up"/"go down" bit BY GEOGRAPHIC AREA?! Seems to me some of us are being conned by gas stations/distributors! Rats!
