Most accidents that occur on parking lots, especially (sorry mate) back-up fender benders like that, responsible looks around, and if nobody saw it bolts. Dealt with it far too many times at work, thats just reality. Check with the business, though. They may have surveillance of it, if their cameras aren't too shoddy. It'll go well with your insurance report, assuming your deductible is cheaper than the repairs.
