Been building expansions at several dealerships owned by the World Auto Group (they have at least 3 Nissan) here in NJ over the last couple years. I`ve been drooling over the Monterey Blue Z`s with the Persimmon seats.
Blue and Orange go so very very well together.

Anyways, I was talking to a guy with a 350Z roadster I met at a WAWA here. He was about my age (I`m 56) and basically said "go for the 370Z, at our age we`re not getting any younger" etc.
Hmmmmmmm.......... Ya know? He`s right dammit! I want one. I can afford it.

Anyways yet again, Before even talking to the guys at World Nissan in Springfield NJ, I went to My local dealer here on Rt 33 in NJ. Without busting a sweat, they offered me any Z at invoice AND give me the $3500 Obama money for my 1990 Yota PU (even though it doesn`t exactly qualify). VERY VERY eager to seal a deal with those terms with a deposit.

I`m apparently in the drivers seat figuratively, (and almost literally) as far as negotiations are concerned.

All thanks to the info I`ve been armed with from this forum.

It`s not a win yet. I think I can do slightly better. I`m going to talk to these other guys where I been working tommorow. The salesmen there don`t pay any attention to us guys working on their buildings, as this has been a more than 2 year project. We wander around the lot, and to them it`s "Oh, it`s just the worker guys" Morons? I dunno. Just because we have been building their dealership for 2 and a half years doesn`t mean we don`t buy cars. They have 5 370Z`s, 2 2009 GT-R`s and 1 2010 GT-R. If I wanted to go "All In" I could buy one of the 2009 GT-R`s. I`ll be happy just to steal a 370Z from them........

Can`t justify the GT-R Viera..... It would be nice

What I am looking for is a MB 7AT Touring with Persimmon. Won`t be a daily driver, but here in NJ with the traffic BS, I`ve had my fill of MT. The sport package makes sense for resale value, but I wouldn`t be re-selling anytime soon. Not gonna race it, so I don`t need 19" wheels, enhanced brakes, etc. Not for xxtra $3000. Aero pkg or adding the rear deck spoiler as aftermarket is an option.

Gonna try and steal MY car for the right price with Obama`s help......
