My first Z!
Hello everyone!
I picked up a red 2009 370Z CPO on Tuesday after test driving new ones with manual and auto gear boxes. I fully intended on getting a manual, but I was so impressed with the seven speed auto that I ended up choosing it. For me, it is the best of both worlds. I'm coming into this car after returning a leased BMW 335Xi - an amazing car, but too expensive for me now (damn economy), and besides, I was ready for a change. The Z is a more visceral ride, a purpose built sports car, and that appeals to me. The BMW was exceptional in almost every way, a true all rounder. I'll miss the all wheel drive of the BMW when the weather is bad, or even when the roads are wet, but I will never get bored with the Z. I'll be posting some question about tuning in the appropriate places soon. |
