Default New here! My Pearl Touring Sport!

Hey guys. Just wanted to say hello. I read the forums pretty often, figured I'd sign up. Picked up my Pearl White 370Z on Memorial Day weekend. She's loaded, 6MT Touring w/ Sport, Navigation, and all the dealer options. Got a great deal (a family friend is the GM of local Nissan/Infiniti dealer).

Like most of you, I absolutely love this car. Just hit 1400 miles so I've only recently been opening it up and getting on it and I love it. Here's a few pictures after picking her up. Since then I've only been driving it as much as possible, and spending weekends detailing it and caring for it as if it were my child.

Immediate plans? Tint, a set of those Berk Tech HFCs, and hopefully their catback exhaust! I would love to lower the car a good inch or so, however we recently built a new house and as a result live in a new construction neighborhood that is hardly lowered-friendly lol. In good time.

Oh, as for my previous cars... well, before this I had a 06 G35 6MT coupe. Great car, and I was originally in the market for the G37 coupe, but after test driving it and the 370Z, I had to go with the Z. Here's my previous loves:

and even further back from my G, before I became a Nissan nut, I was a Honda guy, ha ha ha. 06 Civic Si, 05 RSX-S, 01 Prelude, 99 Integra GSR SSBP, etc.

thanks! I really wanted the platinum graphite, however, there was none available in my area w/ touring, sport and nav. well, none that my friend could trade dealer stock for (I got below invoice pricing). So out of what else was available to me, I had it narrowed down to white, black or yellow. The blue, I saw in person and just liked the Daytona Blue from the 350's too much, not a huge fan of the new blue. Black I don't think I could keep up with, I love to detail cars but it seems like too much work (but when they are clean, my God it's the sexiest color there is!). Yellow looked great in person and I was ready to go for it, but I was affraid it would stick out a little too much and don't want too much attention. As for the white, I just think it looks really clean, I love the pearl when out in the sun it just shines. Relatively low upkeep compared to black.

Ryan, I didn't know you were Berk dealers? I will definately stop by and see you guys (or if you like PM me some quotes). Been wanting to check out IP's Z for a while.

Did you guys have fun at Zdayz? The pics of the GTR was sick.

Nice choice on the Z. Good to see another ex-Honda guy here, there seems to be quite a few of us. Beautiful Civic Si by the way.
