Default Question about purchasing a 2010 370 with light mods...

Good afternoon everybody! I currently drive an 05 350Z but am considering selling it for a 2010 370!!

I'm familiar with most mods and tuning aspects as I have all of it done to my 350. However, I ran into an "issue" that I wanted some more feedback/opinions on.

The 370 has slightly less than 20k miles on, has intake and exhaust, and is flashed and tuned with UpRev (off of e-tunes, not dyno tuned by a shop). However, here are my "concerns".

The seller states that the only minor issue he can note is that if you turn the car on and immediately shut it off, it "floods" the car and will throw a cylinder misfire (which he just clears through UpRev). However, as long as you turn it on, let it run for a minute or so, then turn it off, this issue doesn't arise?! Does this sound normal to you guys? I'm unsure about this. I know it's not good for the car to crank it over and immediately shut it down... but does this sound right? Maybe this has something to do with the e-tune he's running?

Also, is there anything I should worry about with his current e-tune? I plan on immediately taking it to my local shop and having them dyno tune it anyway... but should I be worried that he ran a custom e-tune for his setup? Should I just check A/F and make sure it stays constant during a test drive?

Thanks for all the help guys, it's much appreciated.

First I would pass on the car personally, but if you want to continue to look at it. Take it to a dealership which can read codes and recreate the code. They can probably do a little work just looking at it and might be able to tell you what it is exactly, and they can run the VIN to check for any other issues.
