Great choice. What made you decide against the sport package?

Not being derogatory as I also did not choose Sport. I'm just curious as to why others have done the same.

Personally mine is a weekend toy that won't be tracked. SRM is not necessary, the LSD can be upgraded to something better, and aftermarket wheels and brakes are the route I want to take anyway.

Your wish is my command. We have met once and four people showed up, hope to see more.

Houston meet up

I went with the non sport package for the exact same reason.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I am on day #2 and I am running out of reasons to tell my wife I need to "go somewhere" with made up chores just so I can drive. I love this car.

I have 2 young daughters and a son on the way and still had to get this car. My oldest daughter loves to ride with me in it. I got my wife a SUV anyhow for the family travels.

I have a sentimental attachment to the z. My first car when I got my drivers licence was a black 1977 datsun 280z. No power stearing, but it was a fun car.
