New member who needs some advice

I will be joining your ranks soon. I have to say Ive enjoyed reading these past couple weeks on your forum.

Well, I would like some advice from those who are willing to give it. I'm interested in buying a 370z, sports package. I'm having trouble locating ANY in the los angeles area, asking dealers to even go thru their warehouses. I happened to find one blue one thru a dealership with a price tag of 34,500. What can i get this car for, realistically, out the door? Is it a rare find?
On a separate note, how about the 09's? Would you go with an 09 or a 10? I don't mind an 09 with a few miles on it, but really cant find any used ones either. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

**Oh, and im looking to get the car for 30k or under.

Hope this may help. I bought an 09 new back in May with 50 miles on it.
Dealer clearance it is a M Blue with the sports package Auto.
Anyway msrp was 35,380.00 got it for 29,995.00
