hi all, as i'm finally closing in on the purchase date i decided to sign up and thank everyone for all the advice contained in these forums.. it's been pretty helpful these past couple months. i've decided on a 2010 platinum graphite nismo, all options. would 38500k be a reasonable price to shoot for? melbourne florida here

It's not a bad price at all. It comes down to what YOU feel comfortable paying.

It's still early summer, so I'm not sure prices have fallen too much for the '10 models, but mid 37's to very low 38's is probably a pretty safe range to shoot for.

thanks for the welcome! i admit i did not consider the price impact 2011 models might have on the 2010s, but damn it'd be hard to wait till Oct one more general question - is there any leverage i could apply at the table knowing it's likely i could write a single check to pay for the car? at any rate thanks again for the advice and i plan on my next post being pics of my Nismo!
