Its a bit of a difference... The 370 is going to feel a lot slower then it really is just because you dont feel the sudden burst of tq when the turbo kicks in. Also you will miss the AWD 3rd you will be the millions of parts you have to choose from to upgrade it. 4 you will miss the backseat.
The good. 1. It handles just as good as the Evo 2. you have a V6 to work with and turbo it will have lower boost lag with higher HP&TQ 3. Look a hell of a lot better. 4. RWD means less parts to break.. like center diffs ect ect. Heres a pic of my Evo8.. was pushing about 350/350 with it
