Hello,
I ordered a set of Burk HFCs on Aug 12th. I was sent a tracking number for follow up but to date there are no updates. I have sent several emails querries on the status and tried to call on at least 4 occations with no reposnse. I should have been more careful when I ordered the product but didnt notice that you might not have the product in stock. At this point my credit card has been charged and I still have no idea as to the status of my order. All I am asking is for an update. When can I expect to receive my order. Order# ntnsracing-17690

I'm in the same boat I ordered an Invidia exhaust from them on June 9th, 3 weeks went by I received nothing started calling them. They said they would find out what the problem was, after about 5 phone calls (one per day) I told them I didn't want it any more & wanted a refund. At that point they stopped answering any phone calls so I started pm'ing them through this site and they kept telling me they would get a hold of Invidia to find out what the problem was but I told them I wanted a refund. Again they stopped responding to me, I call every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday twice a day and no answer, I'm also still pm'ing them. Just like you it posted on my credit card that day I ordered it. I'm trying to figure out what to do.
