Looking for an update
Has anyone on this forum purchased any products from instensepower.com? I purchased a set of Burk HFCs on Aug 12th and have not been able to make contact with the company via phone or email. Payment has been posted on my CC but I cannot get any feedback. I have sent at least 3 emails as specified on the website and tried to call on four different occations with no answer.

I'm in the same boat I ordered an Invidia exhaust from them on June 9th, 3 weeks went by I received nothing started calling them. They said they would find out what the problem was, after about 5 phone calls (one per day) I told them I didn't want it any more & wanted a refund. At that point they stopped answering any phone calls so I started pm'ing them through this site and they kept telling me they would get a hold of Invidia to find out what the problem was but I told them I wanted a refund. Again they stopped responding to me, I call every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday twice a day and no answer, I'm also still pm'ing them. Just like you it posted on my credit card that day I ordered it. I'm trying to figure out what to do.

Sorry to hear about your problems. At this point I would contact my CC company and dispute the charges. They will have your back on this and they will get the money back.

Wow. I have delt with IP in my 350Z days and they where always great. Never had to wait on anything.
What is up with vendors on this site? Just salesmen now. They used to have a passion with us and understood are needs. Not no more. There's very few here I like.

Intense Power is terrible now. Back then they were decent. Look at the current reviews on this other forum I frequent:

Thanks for the feedback. I'll give them the rest of the month to reply.
I should have read the website information more thoroughly before ordering. It says and I quote "Do not assume any product is on hand; They receive a lot emails and can be slow to respond; and finally; You have to keep calling until someone answers the phone". If no update by the end of 1 month I'll do as was suggested here and dispute the charges on my CC. The worse part of this, is having to wait now to actually put the HFCs on my Z. Thanks again to everyone who responded. |

Thats really sad to hear.
You have definitely given them the oppourtunity to respond and resolve the issue so don't feel bad about disputing the charges if you have to. I actually work for a credit card processor. Companies to not want chargebacks on their records. You can call or email them one last time to advise you will dispute the charge if you feel like giving them one last chance, otherwise move forward with the dispute. Its possible they never have stock and rely on other companies to drop ship etc, but thats not your responsibility, its theirs to make it smooth

Since my initial post I received 1 reply on this forum. They requested my 1st and last name in order to follow up. That was around the 28th. I sent the information and still have not heard from anyone. I have also made repeated attempts to email and call the listed number. No response. I have already submitted a request with my bank to contest the charge and try to get my money back.

They are nothing but drop shippers, and don't believe they have any responsibility to "make it smooth." Take it from me. I had an issue with them back in June or so. Look closely at their return policy, if it isn't in stock it is a special order, and there NO returns on special orders. Their business model is drop shipping so nothing is ever in stock, making nearly all orders special orders. No return. If you argue enough with them (like I did) you might get them to accept the return for a 10% (or 20%?) restock fee. Frankly I hope they go out of business and the wanker that I dealt with has to go on food stamps.

It's been almost 2 months without a response or update of any kind. I purchased the HFCs somewhere else and will put these on the forum for sale if I ever receive them. I also asked my CC company to try and get my money back. I will highly recommend no one purchase from this company.
