Never received an update or communication from the company. My bank was able to get my money back. I would recommend you do the same if you have not received your order. I will not purchase anything from this company again. To all; I would recommend reading the fine print when ordering anything on line. This site actually warns you the order may not be in stock (which is not an issue) but indicates they may be difficult to contact. That is an understatement.

im almost sure teh company went out of business or something. i tried contacting them a few months ago and never got thru. i constantly kept trying for a few weeks and no answer so i decided to order my stuff elsewhere

We are still in business, had some rough going that we made a public announcement about and sent out a mass email along with 100's of phone calls. We apologize for any inconveniences caused by the previous circumstances however; a resolution has been found/met for it and we are moving forward now.
