Whoa! tough crowd. I personally am running AAM non resonated Testpipes, AAM S-line exhaust and AAM Short tails. Its got a decent sound but is def super loud. I haven't hit the street yet as it is winter but I can say it is enough to give you a deep growl. I have a video but it bottoms out the microphone. Its really not worth showing lol

They are GREAT PPL TO DEAL WITH AS WELL! lol sorry for the caps just need the point to be driven home. They sent me the Test pipes for a DE and when I let them know of the goof. I cant remember I think I dealt with Jeremy he instantly one day shipped the correct TP's without question and with a lot of trust I wasn't some scumbag. I still had the $450 DE test pipes. Then he paid shipping back for the DE test pipes. Not to mention all the welds are perfect. I also plan on making a trip down there for a tune in the near future. Yeah I was thinking of your exhaust when I was in the market and just a forum lurker. I tend to be very impatient and the wait just wasn't for me with the F.I. I also liked what AAM had to offer as well as the sound and I like them being on the East coast as am I. Sooo yeah very little wait for me, which my impatience was all for.

patience is a virtue when going with FI for sure. to be honest the wait is well worth it. plus being an east coast guy could always put the order in right before winter and have it ready to go in spring lol

AAM all the way
If the OP is still looking for an exhaust that will give that deep growl, then I say AAM. I went with their system and test pipes and it sounds AWESOME. My sound clip is on AAM’s Facebook page. When I first put the exhaust on it had a little rasp but now that the pipes have aged and seasoned it is incredible. Deep rumble at idle to a screaming banshee at WOT. There is no drone and when I poke the throttle, I get that nice "WRAAAAAP" that makes my trousers a little tight. I find myself blipping the throttle just because in order to hear that sound. If you don't want to spend a grand on the full system, the short-tails would sound great and be very economical but call Jason and see what he can do.

Ugh, well my summer last year was exhaust ticket like day after day w the test pipes and short tails just going to work. Then the ol' lady was like " don't get the rest" and I was all like "but racecar". Sooo, that went like that nov-jan needless to say i have AAM test pipes, AAM S-line, and AAM short tails. Lol only heard it in my garage since waiting on tires but if OP wants deep growl at the cost of being crazy loud. AAM is dope. Ohh and I also changed my route to work.

The 3" AAM True-Dual sounds mighty good.. I went with the 2.5" Axleback and like the sound a lot, I think it will be perfect when I add test pipes, but if I had to pick something else I would easily pick the 3" system they have to offer.
Also, they are great to work with here on the forum. |

I have heard FPenvy's car before. It's ridiculously loud and sounds awful. He went passed me one day and I though it was some pos missing the entire exhaust system. If thats what the FI sounds like no thanks!
