*Caution*

Beware of Intense Power...

I ordered over $3k in parts from them on Sept. 24th and they only had 1 piece in their warehouse and everything else was going to be dropshipped. Well today is 10/05/09 and NOTHING has arrived and they don't answer their phones or return calls or emails. They have NEVER provided any tracking information and they are a very shady organization and I recommend that you NOT purchase from them as it seems that they don't have their sh*t together. What type of business advertises their phone number, but never answers the phone? My contact over their has been Pete and he's failed to respond to me with tracking numbers after I was guaranteed by him that I would have those tracking numbers last Thursday (Oct. 1). I will be reporting Intense Power not only to the BBB and making everyone aware of their business practices, but I will also be filing a fraud case with the local police departments as well as the state of Arizona.

To conclude...buyer beware when purchasing from Intense Power

I agree that Pete isn't the best at communicating, but your stuff will arrive.

11 days(!?) is that all you've waited. I may not be the brightest bulb on the string, but it seems to me that ordering something that is not in stock "will" take a little longer. But 11 days? In my very humble opinion, I think you should afford the supplier a wee bit more time. If it was 3 or 4 months.... then I would be pissed. But 11 days hardly constitutes this "travisty" you've described.

(please don't flame too hot)

I am not affording them anymore time especially since it was being dropshipped the same day and it was "promised/guaranteed" to arrive by Oct. 1

There is something that you may not be aware of. "Sh*t" happens. Delays here and there along the chain do add up. I feel for you man.

if the store gave you a promise date then they have to abide by it.
if that was an estimated date then you have to take some risks.

if all fails, cancel the order and order from elsewhere. even try
japanparts.com they can find parts that are not in their store
front and quote. ive bought a lot of stuff from them in the past
and they have been pretty good.

Talk to Caravan about a real delay haha.

11 days is not long enough to justify your actions imo.

Try 116 day wait, only to get wheels that looked like a monkey powdercoated them...

well, there are a few on my pinstriping thread, showing the difference in a satin and gloss finish between 2 of the wheels. The other issues I found after they were mounted I haven't photographed yet...
