Any thoughts on the Armytrix Supersport exhaust?

I want something as loud as the Armytrix exhaust with similar gains in HP. Ideas?

A billion and one.

We'll start simple. AAM resonated test pipes w/ s-line mid pipe and s-line short tails. No restrictions. That's going to be "hide yo' kids, hide yo' wife" loud and you will make power.

Hahaha I'll take it. Just because I'm kinda new at this stuff though..would that be better than buying a whole exhaust system?

I'll go with, it will do the job. Once you eliminate the two problem factors with the stock exhaust, small diameter pipe and restrictive cat-cons, power and noise will be made without issue. The rest just comes down to quality, vendor support, cost, and "overall sound". AAM and Fast Intentions are pretty active around here and release quality gear so members gravitate towards them.

Armytrix are relatively unknown on this forum. I also feel that their exhaust is too expensive for what it is.

There isn't any exhaust similar to the Armytrix one because you can choose how much loudness/restriction you want with a key fob. You can have wide open, test pipes and short tails, like mentioned above or you can have normal after market something like FI at the click of a button or even set it to a particular rpm.

The closes thing would be test pipes, FI exhaust (or your choice of aftermarket exhaust), and an electronic cutout custom made in between them but thats going to just as pricey unless you do your own welding work.

That said I don't care for the Y-pipe design they use or the price tag. I'd get an X-pipe or properly sized H-pipe and only the axle back.

the electronic butterfly valves on any exhaust are a terrible idea.

unless you go under there every so often and lube them up they will fail. i know multiple people with different cars and exhaust brands with them. they always fail and get stuck like halfway and the car sounds awful until fixed lol

OP if you want power go with Fast Intentions.

they have amazing quality, customer service second to none, and the price is right on point.

i'm running a customized FI set-up that is full straight pipes. it's not for the masses.....trust me lol
