Top Speed Exhaust?

I'm trying to determine the difference between two of the Top Speed CBE exhausts:

And this one -- http://www.topspeedauto.com/index.ph...product_id=798

Does anyone have either installed? How does it sound? Is the one without the resonator much louder?

Have there been any dynos proving whether either of these two models adds any power?

Is Top Speed legitimate? Their website is terrible and loads very slow which makes me doubt the quality of their products.

I am too impatient to wait for that site to load so I do not know which two you are talking about but here is the first couple threads that pop up when searching for topspeed. Hope they help a little bit.
