Top Speed Exhaust?
 

I'm trying to determine the difference between two of the Top Speed CBE exhausts:

Does anyone have either installed? How does it sound? Is the one without the resonator much louder?

Have there been any dynos proving whether either of these two models adds any power?

Is Top Speed legitimate? Their website is terrible and loads very slow which makes me doubt the quality of their products.
