edit: resolved. mix between just really loud rasp.... but double checked and found that support bracket behind the bumper where the diffuser clips to was vibrating like hell due to

new E370/ART owner w/ concerns
edit: resolved. mix between just really loud rasp.... but double checked and found that support bracket behind the bumper where the diffuser clips to was vibrating like hell due to one of the tips being against the diffuser. tightened that up and now it is just raspy but no pinging high pitched vibrating.
