fast intention exhaust help
I want to keep my stock cats. which one would sounds better with a deep tone , no farting noise ?
non resonator , 12 inch or 18 inch ? |
I had 18 inch res and now have non res. I love the non res. there's no "fart noise", don't worry. It's just more volume. Find some clips on YouTube. There are clips of both setups. Some from people here on the forum.

Haha...fart noise. I had that problem but now I keep the car away from Taco Bell...well, the car and driver. >.>

Best sound I have ever heard, tone and volume, are high flow cats with non-res. Second: stock cats with non-res. Not obnoxiously loud.
|
stock cats with no res still improves performance and has a better sound than stock right ?

Stock cats with the non res version sounds freaking awesome. A high quality exhaust like FI compared to stock, there isn't even a comparison. It's like driving a completely different car.
|
Also I was kinda concerned about volume at first because I had never had a car with an aftermarket exhaust, but after a few months of riding around with the 18 inch res I found myself craving more volume because this exhaust makes such an amazing sound. So I got a non res'd x pipe and swapped out my 18 inch res x pipe.

Guys thank you I will be getting the non res exhaust. Only reason I'm keeping my stock cats is cause nissan told me to keep my stock cats so I won't void my warranty
