Hfc passing inspections in nj?
 

Hey guys so I have the full berk system on my 09 7 sport and I was wondering with the berk hfc would pass inspections in nj....it says they are 49 state OBD PORT compliant so I figured every state is fine except cali....once in a while I still get the c02 smell at cold starts. ..does nj do the sniffer test or look under? Or is it just the port to scan if the car is "ready or not" if so will my car be ready even with hfc?
