But I dont have any dyno sheets or personal experience on my own car to back this up only a friend who did these mods and stated he couldnt not feel a difference on the butt dyno. I rode in his car also, they sound louder but thats it. You decide; $75 on a pair of drop ins or a couple hundred for the G3's.
ive also heard that running jet fuel in your car makes it faster, but we all know thats not 100% true

drop in filters do not add power, if you gain any power, its from you going from a dirty filter to a clean one, all drop in filters are good for are not having to replace your air filter as often and you can clean it instead of replacing it

EDIT: someone necrod this thread

Chuck I dig the fact that when you argue with some one you always bring links to the facts to back up your point.

Default Only regret

My only regret is not doing it sooner!
Actually the only pain I see is having to remove your bumper to clean the filters.

From my understanding, you do not have to clean the Stillen G3 CAI filters. Hence, no need to remove the bumper again.

I'm not sure where u heard or read this, but these filters do require cleaning....K&N recommends cleaning the filters every 50K miles....

I read it somewhere on this forum, on a number of posts regarding Stillen Gen. 3 CAI. I'll see if I can dig it up when I have more time.

Request who this said person is and proof so we can take that post down as to never have this conversation again.

They do add power in a 370z my friend. Not so for many other vehicles though.
