Custom Exhaust

So my friend told me instead of paying 1500+ for the GT Haus why not try getting something custom for under 800. This piqued my interest. Can anyone chime in, he said to me verbatim, You can get louder, deeper, and sexier for cheaper going the custom route. Any suggestions and help? I want something as loud as or louder than the GT Haus without the rasp but more of a deep subaru rumble. With some nice backfire sounds.

Muffler Delete/AAM short tails + test pipe is always loud.

Just buy a used exhaust from here. Or, since he's convinced he can do it, let him build it for you.

I second this. .. I'm also looking and waiting for a used one. Good luck.

Throw on some Flowmaster Delta 40's or something similar. MUCH cheaper, MUCH deeper... Just may look a tad ghetto

You're really better off buying used than trying build the exhaust from scratch. Im cheap that way too but when talking with a muffler shop here in town it really would cost much more to build from scratch and most shops cant build the resonators the same as these shops can.

I ran a true dual to a dual inlet and dual outlet magnaflow muffler on my 350Z and talk about nasty! A bit too loud for my taste but sounded awesome. I have ran a true dual exhaust w/resonators on my 370Z with the stock muffler and the sound is okay. No drone at all and pretty loud at WOT. My cost was just $325.00.

Selling ARK DTS mufflers atm, $550 shipped or $450 local pick up.
You're gonna need to custom your mid pipes to get it to fit. But deep growl and great appearance.
