ok. you all asked so i made a ihpone video to hold you over. it's not great quality nor does it do it any justice. it is seriously loud beyond what this sounds like.

Me and him spoke about it and they were looking into it. Don't think they were going to move forward with it since the market for it isn't big enough though.

I recorded a video of my computer playing your video and the sound played back on $hitty computer speakers at full distortion volume. Want me to post it?

In all serious though, I know how bad exhaust notes can sound in an audio clip compared to real life. And that did not sound bad all things considered. I don't mind loud, but the note is critical IMO. Nice work

Also, I hate idle revving even though I know that's the only option sometimes. Under load sounds sooooooooo much better

oh god i could only imagine how that video would sound lol

through my headphones it's not toooooo bad but again as you said it's nothing like real life.

i'm still working on figuring out what mic i should buy or where i can get it locally. fun process so far

someone told me to go to the gopro forums and my response was "wait.....those are a real thing?"

i have not......didnt know that was a real thing either lol

A/V stuff isnt really my thing. i mean i used to install big audio set-ups in cars in high school and college lol

Well funny you say that lol the house to the left has been vacant for 10 years since the guy across the road owns it and the people who were living in it passed away. He himself just passed a month ago and knowing the family (multi millionaires and nostalgia freaks) won't sell the property but pass ownership along to his grandson. Now the other set of neighbors to my right and and other ones in front are both in their 70s/80s and can't hear most likely lol

My friend who lives 3/4 to 1 mile away heard my old system with mufflers whenever I start it in the morning lol so I'm guessing now it'll reach 1.5 miles lol
