Broken exhaust stud between muffler and mid pipe

I've been pressing and punching these things all day. I cant get them to budge. The back (head) is round so I'm assuming these are pressed in? I cant for the life of me get these things out. Anyone have any suggestions?!?! I cant run around without a muffler lol

hacksaw it off, and drill the stud out. Go get a new bolt and nut
