Here's what I can gather: customer does not trust Scott after some stuff said via PM; customer opens paypal dispute to ensure that he doesn't get stiffed for his core returns (after sorting out other issues with Shawn directly) which he has already sent; Scott does not understand and continues to call customer a theif [sp]

I can't issue a refund with a negative balance. Technically at the moment you have a full refund! I have nothing. You escalated it to the point before cores were even returned that PayPal and I want all my parts back. You have two options now, return everything to me and you get full refund or somehow cancel claim and I give you what I said I would! Not more! You don't get porting money back!

Also I never told you I'd buy you a M370 to port for you AND buy your m370 off of you because you also got one of our ported OEM's for free. I said I'd buy you a m370 and you return your m370 and I'll give you a full refund for only that. But now that you got one of our ported OEM uppers, I'm not buying both m370's off you! Never did I say I would because you refused to answer my calls or emails about this! You worked this out with Shawn behind my back! Only when you want a full refund did you make contact with me. You can have your mint m370 back and I told you this from the beginning of the dispute! You're just pissed I won't buy it off you. But sorry I don't want 2 m370's in stock. You can have it back and sell it on your own or you can get back with Shawn and he can buy it off you.

You changed this whole deal around not me! I bent over backwards to call everyone and find you a m370 to port so your car wouldn't be down. You weren't happy with it so Shawn tried to make it right. Now that' it's right you want me to buy my m370 back off of you, plus your original m370, plus all cores I don't have all along the way doing a PayPal claim taking all my money anyways. THIS is what's not acceptable! You made a deal with my partner leaving me out. If you want to keep that deal take the claim up with him or just take your m370 back!

Only half and with missing parts. Yet he wants full refund already before stuffs returned.

Yes that's correct but only what he and "I" agreed to. If he wants me to keep his second m370 that's a deal he worked out with Shawn. If Shawn doesn't want it, I'm retuning to Blaine. Blaine needs to cancel claim and he'll get back his m370 and the correct amount he and I agreed to originally.

sounds like you should first talk to Sean (Shawn) since he is your "business partner" and discuss as to what was agreed originally, and to what was agreed later ...its not best when one guy is doing one thing and the other guy is saying something else and both are from the same company...

He has been great! He sent you two manifolds for free to make up for the missing cylinder in the first m370. But behind my back you made deals yet you're coming to me for a full refund without sending your cores! If you'd of sent everything the first time and not 3 different shipments that havnt even shown up yet, we wouldn't be here right now.

Nope, customer did claim first. Then he got mad after I said stuff because he wants money without returns. Customer is also mad because I won't buy him 2 m370's that I never agreed to and customer won't agree to take back his m370 with missing plate that I have no use for. Customer also won't just give me back all my stuff and take back all his stuff which is what PayPal wants him to do.

Shawn thought he was doing it right. He and I already talked this out. Blaise's just been going back and forth with me only for several days. I would not have shipped two parts to a customer without either 1. Payment or 2. Return what you have first. That's just me, obviously not Shawn. Shawn doesn't have money tied into this, I do, hence why I'm pissed. Now Blaine has all my parts, half core returns, and wants full refund keeping everything! Not gonna happen.

As for phone calls I already mentioned this, I want it all on paper to show PayPal. And I already called him twice!!!!! Once to offer him advice about doing washers for the original m370 with missing cylinder and he said that was fine! But then he called Shawn to get him to send him my upper and my lower that Shawn agreed too and I didn't know about it. I also TEXTED Blaine pics of his m370 he sent me so he could see what it looked like to confirm his was missing a cylinder. I also called him AGAIN when I found out Shawn shipped him my upper and lower and Blaine didn't pay full amount or return my m370 yet. He has my phone number THREE TIMES!!!!! Anyone want to see a screen shot of our text message from a week ago??.???
