I think 67.5 mm. Megan knows for sure.

2.6 ish on the front lip. 2.5 in the middle and as far as my calipers can get. 2.39 on the back lip and that's not even port matched to the manifold since that's 2.5". And as far as I can get in on the backside its 2.35".
So 2.6 to 2.5 to butterfly at probably 2.35, then 2.35 out to 2.39. These need ******* machined.

Yeah, the throttle body isn't exactly what I thought. I thought they would remove the butterfly and open up straight through but it looks just highly polished.
Might consider trying maxbore and see how that works out.

I knew and said that wouldn't happen. Opening and CNC would of tripled the price. Plus new butterfly plate cost. I was under the impression all would be opened as far as possible but the 1/8th the plate touches so no idle issues. The fact the rear isn't port matched to the mani ticks me off. The back and the mani can go way beyond 2.5".

the OEM TB are 60mm
mine were bored to 62.5mm 62.5mm to inch = 2.46063'' on the posted picture with those shiny polished TB ,, I doubt there was any boring at all since there is still that OEM bump at the butterfly plate then next ... I hope those 2 screw holding the plate are atleast torqued down with some Red Loctite !! stacking them is always a safe bet for this stuff !! the reason why I'm saying this is because the plate is now thinner and not much thread holding those screws... the work on the lower intake manifold look quite good on those picture He seem to also have done alright with the matching of both lower & upper manifold ,, could have been better since I think the lower corner were done a bit fast... It should be about that 3-5whp from the intake manifold work. Because in stock form, the fitting between the 2 of them (lower and upper) isnt great !!! If you seen the pictures that was provided before. You should know..

The issue is the manifold has wiggle room. Push it right and you get a over lapping, push left and the port matching is perfect. When installed you'll have remember which way to push so it perfectly smooth.

Not sure now. I want more material removed on the upper and lower and the TB's definently need CNC with a bigger plate. Calling Maxbore Monday. I might still proceed forward, try and use these tb's, then sell them after my OEM are maxbored out. I'll call tuner Monday too to see whats up.
