Not at all, it's on the ups label that it was shipped from. In fact we took care of this from now on. All parts will be shipped to shawn, shawn will ship to me, I'll ship to the customer. I'm not a business. I'm a guy at home. I started this cause I ported some stuff and had left overs. Everyone here wanted them too and told me to jack the price up, make some money and people will buy. AK made me get a vender account if I wanted to resell and shawn agreed to be my porter. This isnt rocket science.

No it's just a plain mani with a mounting plate to fit the 370z lower after 4 cyliders are pressed out and it's drilled to move the bolts over. The mani in question had a 5th cylinder removed so we offered to use washers, make a new cylinder or give him a ported OEM upper which he agreed to but so far we don't have ours back yet with the missing cylinder or his mounting plate for the original m370 he had that he used as a core exchange.

It wasn't? Shawn gave you a ported upper and lower that cost $990 untill cores are return and you only gave him like $200. How's that not stealing exactly? You also are trying to steal money for a full refund when you still havnt giving me all your cores yet. How's that not stealing again?

If that's true they havnt showed up yet but if you sent already and can view tracking then why are you demanding a full refund? Not to mention why would you get a full refund anyways and not have to pay for Shawns work?

am I reading something wrong but NeverBoneStck says he sent you and Sean the parts, even provided you with tracking numbers and that he will expect a refund after you receive them...but then you are accusing him of stealing and that you will not give him anything back until he sends you the parts.....Also, the third picture you have up there, it looks like you just google it and put it there :twocents:

So I will file a claim to protect myself from someone like you. The cores land this week. U pay the money back the claim goes away. That's exactly what he is saying. Scott has already received my M370 mani with zero damage. Scott has my throttles and Sean has both tracking numbers for the lower and defective mani. Everything insured and no foul. Scott just keeps rambling he has nothing. Scott has told me many times that he is not paying money back even when he receives them through pm. So obviously Scott spent the money and can't afford to pay anything back..

it seems that there is a massive gap in the communications between buyer, porter, and whatever the hell scotty is trying to be.

If that is the case I would provide all the PM's he wrote to PayPal and so you can get your money back...I don't think he spent the money yet he just doesn't want to give it back...my guess is he felt offended knowing that Sean really doesn't need him and as shown many times he's not a business guy

First thing he sent was m370 with no mounting plate a week ago. Still no plate.

Second TB's. Now he says everything else is on the way. Is it all there? Idk till it shows! If it is when it does we have no problem. If it is ALL on the why is he demanding full refund when he can see the tracking hasn't delivered yet? And when it all does show up am I supposed to give full full refund like he demands and Shawn gets paid zero for porting?

And I'm accusing of stealing because he did a PayPal claim while his parts are supposedly still in transport and he got shawn to ship him stuff worth $990 when he only gave shawn $200 something. If he doesn't return anything he just stole. It's a lititle fishy to do it that way! I don't think A company sends two sents of LTH and hope you're a good guy and return the first set when you only paid for 1. They'll send a second set AFTER you return the first. But this was Shawns call, not mine.

Bottom line is only you three (NeverBoneStck, Scott, and Sean) know what is happening minus whether the parts in question had some issues or not. You need to figure out and which parts are coming back which parts NeverBoneStck is keeping and lastly settle up the bill. Whether that be you owe him some back for deposit/refund/whatever. Or if he owes you money for the parts and service he is keeping.

This public back and forth is not helping your porting business. If it comes to light that he indeed did not steal and therefore is not a theif it is not going to look good. Of course it all depends on what kind of business model you are trying to follow.

You stole from me period. You paid for porting and not for my parts. Now you want a full refund when we don't have cores and you want a full refund even if we get your cores so Shawns money is now stolen by you. Period.

No mounting plate means I dont have a m370. I have a paper weight that can't go on a 370z or HR. You kept the plate. You are not getting a refund when you didn't return everything.

I never said I have nothing. Infact I said about ten times all I have are TB's and a paper weight. You again did a PayPal claim before everything's been delivered! Who does that?

Just looking for a refund for the throttle body cores and for the M370 mani like u said I would. Not looking for free porting work Scott and u know that.
