past 7000rpm yea

If you plan on doing a bunch of other breather mods (exhaust, cats) you'll probably get minimal gains with any intake solution.
You'll have to remove the bumper yearly.

Filters are good for 40k miles before a recharge is required on the Stillen Gen 3.
The filters themselves need to replaced around 80k-100k miles from what Stillen reports.
