Without tuning? High fuel trims and a CEL.

You don't need new injectors unless you are getting a turbo or sc.
I see. So,for basic increase in HP change CAI and Full exhaust system will make a different?

When there's no clear evidence of significantly better gains and what evidence there is points to an improvement of less than 5 whp, that's a lot of extra pay for very little additonal play.

Just sayin...

I'm sure they look and sound cool tho'.
I am very interested in the tubes, already got the drop ins. Might you have some pics or some part #'s, and what you did exactly?

Thanks!

There's also a set made by Cobb that should work exactly the same way -- just get whichever one is cheapest.

I'm definitely on the Replacement hoses/K&N drop-in bandwagon. I can't justify the extra $300+ and hours of installation for the Stillen CAI. My goal for an intake mod would be throttle response over hp gain and sound. If a CAI makes 5-8 more peak hp on a dyno and sounds better it's not really important to me. That's just my .02

The kind that uses pressure from the exhaust gases to push more air into the engine.

Default Which intake to get?

I just bought an 09 370z and would like to throw an intake on it. I'm tossing around the AEM or the Stillen G3.

Can anyone give me advice on what's the best bang for the buck for our platform?

depends on what you want, some of the intakes also serve a purpose in making the engine bay more aesthetically pleasing also... it all really depends on your budget and your preference

I'd like something that makes the engine bay look nice but also performs. On my 350z I had Stillen intakes but they were like pop-chargers. Not as visually pleasing but they worked well. I saw the Stillen G3 they looked nice and were unique but I need some advice from those already familiar with the 370z platform.
