Thanks Mark. I have already ordered my FI CBE, you guys were a close second though. I think Stillen makes great products but from what I saw and heard, FI had me at "hello". As for the CAI, I am leaning towards Stillen Gen. III.
Cheers.

Just remember, those numbers drop when you add other breathing mods on such as exhaust components...

That is why a lot of people go with the Silicone tubes and drop in filters.

Personally, spending $300+ extra for 5 hp +/- is crazy...

Even when combining the parts the gains are pretty significant. They don't add up linearly but you will still gain more than 10hp from the Gen 3's after doing a good cat-back.

Have any Dyno's to back that up? That would be a really good selling point for you guys. Would be really interesting to see becuase I know a lot of people who stay away from the expensive pipes since most are under the impressions the gains are not very large once adding other mods such as exhaust and the like...

My first mod on the 09 nismo was last week. The new AEM cold air induction kit. Sounds awesome. Definitely feels faster. Woke up the stock nismo exhaust now that it moves air through it. I recommend!

I know that this isn't one of the votable options above, but the Z1 CAI (~$450 currently, but got mine @ $370, Black Friday) is notable.

Gains aside, some merits are that the tubes are partly silicone–so you don't have to cut your radiator support–and the placement of the filters is behind the fascia, right on top of the crash bar–almost impossible to hydrolock your engine.

A similar option is the Takeda CAI, though I have no experience with it's fitment.

I just installed a new Stillen G3 CAI and the Z sounds surprisingly better
with the CAI. Not to mention, I was actually happy surprised on how quicker
my 370Z feels now. Highly recommended.
