CAI thread Stillen vs. Injen
hi people!, both longtube intakes are great!, but wich one you think is better??? which one gives more horsepower??? any of both have CEL (Check Engine Light) problem??? which one is easier to install???
|
Alright I am in the same boat you are in. I love both of those intakes, I love the numbers they have produced and they are both extremely reputable companies. I think placement has a lot to do with "MY" choice. I am probably going to order the Stillen because I live in this **** hole town in west texas and when ever you spit on the ground here the roads fload. It will bring the intakes up higher than the stocks and the Injens, but gives me better performance over the stocks. I think when it comes to those two companies you are talking what you need to fit your needs. Or just a name, I have seen some numbers and they are both very impressive !!!!! That's my own 2 cents

Which one is easier to install ???
I don't drive my car in the rain so it doesn't matter where the position in of the intake is. |
I believe the Injen doesn't involve cutting anything but I know the Stillen does. You have to remove the front fascia to install either one
|
Injen is easier to install, just like searching the forum is

Oh girl, settle down.
|
I'd buy the Stillen over again if I had the choice. I still believe its the best intake out there.
|
I think that the Stillen are better than the Injen, and gives better numbers, but the Injen are easier to install...
