As I thought as the stock design does look good, I may drop in higher flowing panels at some point but the amount of sand where I live it might be best to stick with the stock ones!!

I dont want to change the stock exhaust as I may have issues getting the car through its yearly test here, however a touch more noise would be nice and also freeing up a little bit of power would also be good. |

That's what happened to me. After changing my cats with test pipes I almost asked my installer to switch back. He told me, you'll get used to it "RASPY" I would recommend listening to them online if not possible in person. |

You'll blow your stock exhaust with test pipes. Better to get both

I also confirm this statement.
My first one didn't last the weekend at the race school. the second one that I got a year ago which was almost brand new, didn't last very long doing some street tuning. It was not as bad as the first one but its starting... this was done with shorty headers and TP on the first one and the second one was using the PPE header. I suspect the internal of the stock muffler cannot handle the increased flow/heat and has a very good chance to start rattling |

test pipes make your exhaust run cooler since there is no cat, cats heat up the exhaust since they need to run at 600F+ in order to work i think it cant handle the extra flow if anything
