After searching for an hour, I haven't found anything about where to buy new OEM cats.

Does anyone know besides the dealer?

HFCs are illegal in California and that's where I am.

on the bright side, once the car is up on jack stands, its a quick 30min-hour swap back to OEM

I got OEM cats from 18K mile car , they look real clean if you need a cheap alternative. I know they are not new but just saying

Exactly! I'm just afraid of a cop pulling me over and checks out my cats OR if I need to get my car smogged, it will fail the visual test.

Those are the only reasons why I don't want to run HFCs.

But I was thinking... what if I were to run HFCs, but when it comes time for SMOG, I could just swap back the original cats. Hmmm...

Oh and is there a noticeable difference in sound with HFCs? Is it pretty loud or what?

I will have a set with under 3000 miles on them ready to ship in 2 weeks. They are off of my garage kept 2013 that has never seen rain. Message me if interested.

I don't know Cali but from "mtv true life, life of a street racer" I think you're both wrong. They will do anything to ticket out there! On the show a cop even got out a tape measure and measured the headlights main point of beam impact, to the ground. You couldn't be more than like 21" since some people heat springs to lower the car along with other unsafe methods. Kid could of had $12,000 jwc coilovers, cop still would of ticketed. You guys are in GA and FL. You think you know, but you have no idea ;)
