Usually that's a placeholder price for a part they can't get or you have to call and order.

why not just say call to get pricing?

everywhere else the exhaust is selling for $2500

Website may not allow it, they put the price in years ago and never got around to getting an official price, etc.
Websites will put up as much info as possible, because if you search and land on their page you are more likely to buy it (minus the 1 million thing).

They also use $1,000,000 because no one in their right mind would actually think that's the price.
